Dallas-based Dove Hunter built quite a large buzz in the local and regional music community for two years before releasing their debut, The Southern Unknown. Their rootsy mix of rock and folk is highlighted by lengthy instrumental exchanges between bassist Chad DeAtley and guitarist Jason Wortham.
