One of my favorite songwriters, Glen Hansard, just released a new song called “Winning Streak.” You might remember Glen from his bands The Frames and The Swell Season. His new album, Didn’t He Ramble, will be out September 18.
Producer Jeremy Lloyd and Singer Samantha Gongol team up to create the electronic duo, Marian Hill. Their sound has been described as a “cross between Drake and Ella Fitzgerald.”
Baltimore-based duo Beach House released a new song last week, which Joe premiered on his show Thursday afternoon. We’ll play it for you again today and you can expect a new album from the band on August 28 titled, Depression Cherry.
