So this happened. Right before we made the official announcement that we’d be presenting Spoon’s New Year’s Eve show at the House of Blues, I had the chance to talk with frontman Britt Daniel about our shared Temple, Texas roots, his love for The Kinks, the band’s brand new fifth member, Alex Fischel – and best of all, the three tracks Spoon recorded just for KXT.
