Fort Worth native Collin Herring visits the KXT studios during the Texas Mix to talk to Gini Mascorro and play some songs from his new record Ocho. His previous record, Past Life Crashing, showed his willingness to experiment with the alt-country genre, and he pushes that forward with this new disc. Collin plays at Billy Bob’s in Fort Worth that evening, and at the Green Elephant in Dallas on February 12th.
