On the Road: KXT’s crew met up with the great Brett Dennen a few hours before his show at the Granada Theater May 7, 2011. Dennen played the song “Make You Fall in Love with Me” – off his latest album Loverboy – in the alleyway adjacent to the theater.
On the Road: South by Southwest is over, but the On the Road video series isn’t. KXT caught up with Joe Pug the afternoon before his show at The Loft in Dallas. Joe braved an already hot sun to play his soulful tune “How Good You Are” on the balcony of the venue, with the Dallas skyline in the background.
Born and raised in Dallas and Coppell, Texas, Emily Elbert has already made a significant impression within the music industry at the ripe old age of 22.
On The Road: Cas Haley singing on a pedicab during SXSW? Of course! Cruising through an Austin neighborhood, Cas sings “Will I Find” off his album “Connection.”
Air Review – Waiting_Lessons Air Review – “Waiting Lessons” This new track from the Dallas-based band finds them exploring slightly more organic territory than their debut full-length Landmarks, though with outstanding harmonies still intact.
