On Thursday, September 15, 2011, between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. KXT is taking part in Get Up and Give! North Texas Giving Day. On September 15, every donation of $25 or more will be matched if you donate to KXT through donorbridgetx.org, North Texas’ online resource that connects donors with nonprofit organizations like us.
Please visit donorbridgetx.org anytime between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., search for KXT and click “Donate Now.” Your tax-deductible donation will go a long way in helping to ensure that public media continues to meet your needs and those of millions of North Texans. Plus, gifts given that day will receive a portion of $500,000+ in matching funds – making your donation go even further.
AND, the organization receiving the most individuals donations will be awarded $10,000 from The Dallas Foundation – help meet that challenge with your contribution!

Donations made through the DonorBridge website will be processed through the Communities Foundation of Texas. Donors will receive an acknowledgement email, as well as an official gift substantiation/tax receipt. Donations will appear on credit card statements as being payable to “CFT.” The nonprofit will be notified and given the donor’s contact information, unless you have stated that you wish to remain anonymous. A credit card processing fee of 2.95% of the amount of the gift will be deducted from the total amount of the gift, with no charge to the organization.
