KXT is proud to present Barefoot at the Belmont, a summer concert series at the beautiful Belmont Hotel. Next in our series we feature Austin’s rising songstress Sahara Smith, along with Louisiana-based singer-songwriter Dylan LeBlanc. Seating is very limited, so reserve your tickets now!
Doors open at 7p, Dylan at 8p, Sahara at 9p.
Sahara Smith21-year-old Sahara Smith’s powerful, smoky voice belies her young age. Having the legendary T-Bone Burnett oversee her debut record Myth of The Heart ensured that her sound would be classic, as he brought in his usual suspects to back her up with their understated grace. Sahara brings her live band, featuring Jake Owen and Will Sexton to Barefoot at the Belmont for an intimate performance. Sahara Smith – “The Real Thing”

Dylan LeBlancDylan LeBlanc grew up hanging around the legendary FAME studios in Muscle Shoals, where Otis Redding, Aretha Franklin, Duane Allman, and many more legends laid legendary music to tape. Rodney Hall signed the young songwriter to FAME records, which brought him to the attention of Rough Trade owner Geoff Barrow. He released his debut record Pauper’s Field in 2010 to much acclaim, and spent the early part of 2011 on the road with the Drive-By Truckers. Dylan LeBlanc – “Low”
