Our dear Nilufer Arsala is saying goodbye to KXT and @keratx to take on an exciting new adventure! While we’re definitely going to miss her, we’re elated for her, as we know she will continue to make us proud. Please join us in wishing her all the best in her next step!

Here’s a note from Nil:

“KERA/KXT has been my work home for almost 5 years now, but actually longer than that! I first worked here from 2009-2011, and then came back again. So, I’ve spent a LOT of time on KERA, KXT, KERA TV, and more recently, WRR. It really feels like I’ve grown up at this station and with listeners, members, volunteers, and coworkers that feel like family. It has been such an honor to help spotlight the arts and music community here in North Texas and it is an experience that I am truly grateful for. Thank you for all the kindness you have shown me and for spending your days with me on the radio. DFW has been my home for the past 16 years and I will hold it in my heart as I start a new chapter out of state (I’ll share more on that soon!) and continue my passion for music discovery.”
